What kind of events do you do?

All kinds! Weddings, outdoor events, picnics, bachelor/bachelorette party, birthdays, BBQs, photo shoots, corporate events, garden parties, festivals, launch parties, coffee/tea parties. If you are looking to add something unique to your next event, give us a call.

Where do you travel?

Almost anywhere in the province, really. This cute little bar has already been at events large and small across Ontario.

What space is required in order to move the Traveller in?”

Level ground is required. Keep in mind the Traveller must be driven in by a vehicle and that our service door is on the passenger side.

The Traveller is 7’2″ wide, 8′ tall and 14′ long.

What’s the minimum booking required?

Unless you’re booking the Cute Bar or Photography packages, each rental requires a minimum payment for 40 people.

Do you require power and/or water?

Yes. Typically most locations have on site power we can easily plug into for power and a water source. If your event is particularly remote we are able to provide a generator and a small supply of water at an additional cost.

How long is a rental?

Each rental provides up to 8 hours of service. If you need a longer service period, additional hours of service can be purchased.

Is there a delivery fee?

50km roundtrip delivery is provided with each booking free of charge. Beyond that distance, a fee of $3.20/km is charged.

Do I need a permit?

Well, it depends. If you’re on private property, you’re legally not entitled to acquire a Special Occasion Permit from the Alcohol, Gaming Commission of Ontario.

That being said, we strongly recommend getting one just to be safe.

Are there cancellation fees?

Bookings are non-refundable. Once your event is confirmed the date is yours. We take no other bookings.

How long do you need for setup of the Traveller?

While it varies based on location, we typically need 3 hours to set up for your event.
